8-Year-Old Westie Looks for Loving Family

Francis is looking for an owner who will give her a little TLC as she adjusts to a life outside a breeding facility.

Meet Francis

Francis is a beautiful 8-year-old (only 48 years old in human years) Westie (West Highland white terrier) who came from a breeding facility. She is learning how to be a pet and is doing a good job living in a foster home with her people and other dogs. She is a little afraid but making great progress.  She now comes up to you for loving. She sleeps quietly all night in a crate and prefers to go potty outside. All she needs now is her own forever home.

Our mission is to place older dogs in the loving homes of older people in the St Louis area. We do, however, take in dogs of all ages and adopt to people of all ages. We do home visits and ask for a $200 adoption donation for adult dogs and $300 for puppies.

We are at the Kirkwood Petco every Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm. This store is located on Lindbergh just north of I-44. Turn left at the first major stoplight.
