Mosquitoes and the risk of West Nile Virus has spurred a Des Peres couple to file a lawsuit against the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) to stop construction of a project that aims to combat erosion of Two Mile Creek.
William and Pamelah Oakey filed suit in U.S. District Court Wednesday, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
