Woman Charged in Theft From Regions Bank

Security officers reported cash missing from a deposit made at the Glendale branch.

 

A 28-year-old Hazelwood woman faces one count of felony stealing for her alleged involvement in a theft from the Glendale branch of Regions Bank.

The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office issued warrants on Nov. 19 charging Tara Lavender, 28, of the 7300 block of Normandie Court in Hazelwood, with one count of Stealing Over $500, according to Glendale police.

The charge is related to a March 2 theft from the bank located at 9994 Manchester Road. On Aug. 28 the Corporate Security Department of Regions Bank reported cash missing from a deposit. Bond for Lavender has been set at $3,500.
