Romney Comes to Kirkwood: What You Need to Know

Details about Mitt Romney's appearance in Kirkwood Park Tuesday.

Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney likely will arrive at at about 11:15 a.m. Tuesday for an outdoor "Town Hall" meeting scheduled to kick off at 11:30 a.m.

The meeting will take place in the green space between the pavilion and playground, according to Kirkwood Public Information Officer Beth von Behren.

The Romney campaign says those who wish to attend should register at the campaign website. Click here to register. Although registration is encouraged, the park is public property and Behren predicts residents who show up without registering will be able to hear Romney speak.

The parking lot on Playground Drive near the water tower and the one by the tennis courts will be closed all morning.
