A three-car crash on Interstate 270 in Kirkwood caused a massive traffic back-up at the start of rush hour on Friday morning, and drew emergency responders to the scene, according to news reports.
KMOV-Ch. 2 had images of the scene from its helicopter posted online. Missouri Department of Transportation traffic cameras showed a substantial back-up on the interstate northbound near Big Bend Road.
KMOV reported that the accident happened at around 6:45 a.m. There were no immediate details about injuries at the scene.
