Frugal Family: Free Kids' Movies From Family Video

Week two of Frugal Family presents free movies, discounted dinners and more.

Although Valentine's Day has come and gone, Patch is still spreading the love with great discounts from area businesses. From food to entertainment and from clothes to appliances, we have your interest in frugal living at heart.

Dinner For Two at a Price You Can Swallow

Every weekday this month, in Webster Groves is preparing gourmet dinners for two for take-out and easy microwaving, which make an ideal meal for a movie night at home when the kids are at Grandma's house. This week, $16.99 can purchase a meal of grilled petite beef tenders with a side of Caesar salad and twice baked potatoes (Wednesday night); smoked pork tenderloin with ancho chili jam and sides of twice baked potatoes and cornbread muffins (Thursday); and teriyaki chicken breast with sides of fried rice, Asian vegetables and veggie egg rolls.
