FREE Resource Fair
Memory Care Home Solutions is hosting a resource fair at St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Parish. It’s a great chance to meet and discover important community resources including long term care options, home care, transportation, case management and many more services!
Memory Care Home Solutions is a non-profit organization that reduces caregiver stress and improves and extends time at home for families caring for loved ones with memory loss, dementia, or Alzheimer’s disease. The mission is achieved through three programs:
