$18M Assisted Living Center Plans Opening

Provision Living at Webster Groves plans to open next summer and will feature 80 living units and retail space.

The newest Provision Living facility, currently under construction across from , will open next summer, the assisted living center's general contractor said in a statement Thursday.

ARCO Construction is building the 82,500-square-foot mixed-use living/retail space at 45 E. Lockwood Ave., which will feature 80 living units, 18 of which will be dedicated to memory care, and employ 60 people.

Retail space will include amenities open to the public, such as a café and wellness center, which aim to connect the facility's residents with the Webster Groves community, according to the statement.

Joining ARCO on the project are:

  • ACI Boland, architect;
  • Stock & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc., civil engineer;
  • KPFF, Inc., structural engineer;
  • Habco Partnership, Inc., electrical contractor;
  • Degenhardt Heating & Cooling, mechanical contractor;
  • Ahern Co., fire protection contractor; and
  • Beetz Plumbing Co., plumbing contractor.
