Jilly's Cupcake Bar a-Go-Go closed in Des Peres earlier in July, but plans for a new function at 1131 Colonnade Center are in the works.
Pairings, a wine and dessert bar, is moving in to Jilly's former space, with plans to serve lunch and dinner, according to a St. Louis Business Journal report. A sign on the future business door said the menu will include pizzas, cheeses and meats for tastings, as well as items such as lime and cilantro shrimp skewers, crispy duck, beef carpaccio, and flatbreads.
The Business Journal report added that the location's licensee, David Pollman, said he expects to open Pairings by the end of September.
