Restaurant Inspections: Arby's Follow-Up, JJ Twigs Complaint Response

JJ Twigs Pizza and Pub, 2964 Dougherty Ferry Road
Inspection Date: April 10 (customer complaint)
Grade: A (99)
Caller stated ceiling tiles are stained yellow from grease. Has fly traps hanging in kitchen an cook's hat was dirty. Spoke with manager on duty. She will speak with staff about clean clothing. Fly traps are hanging by back door not above any food related items. Few ceiling tiles in kitchen are stained yellow; facility will change them to new ones as soon as possible.

Inspection Date: April 8 (follow-up)
Grade: A (100)
Hepatitis A provided for all employees. Record keeping up to date. Walk-in-cooler floor has been repaired.
 
La Cantina, 35 N. Gore Ave.
Inspection Date: May 30 (follow-up)
Grade: A (99)
Hepatitis A records are on site in a clear and concise manner. Caulking around dish station properly sealed. Kitchen floor tiles damaged as mentioned in previous inspection report. Materials for the floor shall be easily cleanable, smooth, and durable under normal use. Correct by next routine inspection or September 2013, whichever comes first.

Lubeley's Bakery & Deli, 7815 Watson Road
Inspection Date: May 16
Grade: A (98)
Walk-in-freezer (in back storage area) door is damaged causing severe ice debris and buildup. Equipment shall be in good repair. Correct by May 26. Walk in cooler floor damaged with cardboard covering it. Again, equipment shall be in good repair. Correct by May 26. Front area microwave oven heavily soiled with food debris. Non-food contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency to prevent buildup. Correct by May 17. Several ceiling tiles throughout facility are damaged and stained. Facilities shall be maintained in good repair and cleaned as often as necessary to keep clean. Correct by May 26.
