Taco Bell, 353 S. Kirkwood Road
Inspection Date: July 12 (complaint)
Grade: A (100)
Caller complained about coming to establishment and the men's bathroom not having hot water/soap and having no workers do anything/seem interested after bringing it to worker's attention. upon investigation, it was proven they do have hot water in the establishment/bathroom and soap is stocked in bathroom. The supply of soap was also shown to prove that there is soap on premises even if dispenser had run out. Complaint closed.

Dingho Restaurant, 7900 Watson Road
Inspection Date: July 29
Grade: A (97)
Raw fish being stored below raw chicken in walk-in-cooler. Potentially hazardous foods shall be stored properly by cook temperatures. COS moved fish. No labels on food containers in WIC. Food storage containers shall be identified with common name of food. Correct by end of business today. Microwave oven soiled with food debris. Kitchen fans have dust debris on covers. Non food contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency to prevent buildup. correct by 7-31-13. Mop sitting in mop bucket while not in use. Mops shall be allowed to air dry when not in use. Correct by end of business today. Wall in back storage area soiled and stained with debris. Physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep clean. Correct by 8-8-13.
