Observed trash and bowl in hand sink and no paper towels at sink; hand-washing sinks shall be used for hand-washing only and stocked completely. Corrected by moving trash/bowls and adding paper towels. Observed ice machine. Nonfood contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency to prevent buildup. Correct by end of day. Observed mop laying on ground. Mops shall be hanging to allow for air dry. Corrected by hanging mop.

Observed food stored on floor in walk in freezer. Food shall be stored 6 inches off the floor. Corrected by moving boxers off floor.

Grade: A (99)
Reach in cooler gaskets soiled, walk in cooler racks and shelf in small reach in cooler rusty. Non-food contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency to prevent buildup. Correct by 9-26-13. Mop sitting in mop sink not in use. Mops shall be allowed to air dry after each use. Lights in back storage area are out. Lighting shall be adequate in food/equipment storage areas. Correct by 9-26-13.

No labels on bakery items made on site. Repeat. Food packaged in facility shall be labeled as specified by St. Louis County Food Code. COS labeled. Walk in flooring damaged and now easily absorbable. Equipment shall be in good repair. Correct by 9-26-13. Reach in coolers, walk in cooler, and hand sink handles all soiled with debris. Non-food contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency to prevent buildup. Correct by end of business today. Sprayer of 3 comp sink hanging below food rim. Air gap shall be provided between water source and flood rim of sink. Correct by 9-26-13.
