A Russell Stover Candies store is in the works in Des Peres at 11697 Manchester Road.
As Patch previously reported, Russell Stover is building at the former Ahner Nursery site. The nursery closed in 2011 after being in business for 64 years.
In addition to candies, Patch's last report said the shop will sell ice cream, coffee and baked goods. Patio seating will be installed at the location for a cafe feel.
