Prudential Real Estate Receives High Rankings in Three Segments by J. D. Powers & Associates

ST. LOUIS – J. D. Power and Associates, a global marketing information services company based in Westlake Village, Calif., has recently announced that the Prudential Real Estate network, an HSF Affiliates LLC company, has received high rankings in three different segments in J. D. Power’s Annual Home Buyer/Home Seller Satisfaction Study.

The Prudential Real Estate network ranked the highest for customer satisfaction in three of the four segments of the survey. The categories include Repeat Home Buyer, First-Time Home Buyer, and First-Time Home Seller. The network also ranked third in the Repeat Home Seller category.

Prudential Real Estate has now received high rankings in seller satisfaction three times in the past six years, including recognition in 2008 and 2010.

The 6th annual study measures customer satisfaction among the nation’s largest real estate brokerage companies. Overall satisfaction is gauged across four factors of the home-buying experience, including agent, real estate office, closing process, and variety of additional services.

Among repeat home buyers, the Prudential Real Estate network scored 829 on a 1,000 point scale, performing particularly well in the following categories: agents, variety of additional services, and closing process. The network also obtained 811 points among first-time home buyers, and they scored 809 points in the First-Time Home Seller category, drawing strong marks for marketing and the closing process.
