Ex-Sales Director Sues Yurbuds for Breach of Contract
Glendale resident Nancy McGee is suing the maker of custom fitted ear bud enhancers over her termination days before an incentive program began.
According to St. Louis business news and gossip site WhoLou.net, former Yurbuds Director of Sales and Loyalty Nancy McGee filed suit in St. Louis City on Jan. 27 against the fast-growing local startup alleging breach of contract and fraudulent misrepresentation.
According to the court documents McGee alleges that she was recruited and hired by Yurbuds for her years of experience while working as an Apple Inc. store manager and market leader and for her access to high-ranking Apple executives. Burgett and Daniels allegedly told McGee that she was their “ticket into Apple.”
