Summer Camp for Young Runners
A 6 week class has been developed specifically for young runners (junior/high school), addressing those areas that will improve their running performance, increase their range of motion and core strength, and reduce their chance of injury.
- The 55-minute class will combine Pilates and the MELT Method.
- The Pilates portion of the class will include both mat and reformer work.
- The girls will receive handouts outlining exercises that they can do between classes.
- Tools for the MELT Method will be provided; soft foam rollers and specialized balls. Both will be available for purchase if desired.
- Class size is limited to 5.
Another class will be offered on Wednesdays at 4:00pm, from June 4th to July 9th. The cost for the 6 weeks is $108.
