Big Library Read, Nancy Clancy: Super Sleuth

Tired of waiting on the hold list? Join Kirkwood Public Library as we take part in the Big Library Read this month through Overdrive. Thanks to OverDrive and publisher HarperCollins for two weeks starting September 16 – September 30 library patrons will have free unlimited access to Nancy Clancy: Super Sleuth, which will be available in eBook and audiobook format. You can check out the title for up to two weeks, regardless of when you download it during the two week open period. All you need is your library card and an internet accessible device such as a smart phone, Ereader or tablet.

Nancy Clancy: Super Sleuth follows a bit more grown up Nancy from the beloved Fancy Nancy series by Jane O’Connor. Super Sleuth is the first book in a new mystery series in which Nancy takes on the role of a detective after one of her classmate’s most prized possessions goes missing. If you loved Fancy Nancy’s flair for fancy words and fashion, join her and her best friend Bree as they try to crack the case.

Chelsea Bedley is the Assistant Director of Programs and Youth Services, currently reading Far to Go by Alison Pick and watching the final season of Breaking Bad. For more info and reviews of children’s books, CDs and films check out KPL’s Feed a Reader blog.
