Star Wars Week at Kirkwood Public Library!

Come partake in a week-long celebration of all things Star Wars at Kirkwood Public Library from April 26th through May 4th! The week kicks off on Saturday, April 26th with Young Jedi Academy from 11 am- 3 pm. Gain extensive knowledge on the ways of the Jedi through games, training exercises, crafts, and more! The festivities continue on Sunday, April 27th with a Star Wars Film Festival as we show The Phantom Menace, The Attack of the Clones, and Revenge of the Sith back to back from 1-8 pm. Up next is Star Wars Lego on Wednesday, April 30th from 4-5 pm. Come enjoy building Star Wars figurines, ships and more. We’ll make Star Wars Arts and Crafts inspired by characters and artifacts from the film on Thursday, May 1st from 4-5 pm. Friday, May 2nd from 6:30-8:30 pm we’ll hold the penultimate event, Star Wars Trivia Night where you’ll get to test your knowledge on all things Star Wars! You can sign up online here with a maximum of 6 to a table. All ages are welcome. Bring snacks and your own decorations for a chance to win a prize for the best decorated table. Doors will open at 6:15 pm. On Sunday, May 4th Star Wars Film Festival, Part II will wind down an exciting week of events. Bask in the force as we show all three Star Wars classics, A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi. We hope to see you there!
