Community Update

I showed up for my 1:00 appt today only to be told my appt was at 2L00. Although I was certain my appt time was 1:00, I went next door and 'cooled my heels' for an hour. When I returned at 2:00, they said they were wrong, that someone else had the 2:00 time slot with my therapist. They told me when I arrived at 1:00 I told them my name was Debra. Why would I do that when in fact my name is not Debra? So when I asked, "Where does this leave me?" they responded, in so many words, "S.O.L." I will never return to this location. So frustrated. :-(
