RealtyTrac, an online foreclosure sales company, reports close to 800 homes were in the middle of the foreclosure process in the third quarter of 2012 in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area.
In an effort to assist distressed homeowners, Coldwell Banker Premier Group, #1 Coldwell Banker Affiliate in Missouri, will sponsor an informative seminar to help keep homeowners from foreclosure. The participants are all professionals with many years of real estate and legal experience.
*Attorney Elizabeth Kayser of the Kayser and Associates Law Firm Short Sale Center will discuss the importance of short sales, deed in lieu, foreclosure and other options for homeowners facing foreclosure. Kayser specializes in short sales that provide homeowners a graceful exit from a difficult situation.

*Andrew Biro from Heartland Premier Mortgage will discuss loan modifications, refinancing and other programs designed as alternatives to foreclosure.

The seminar will be at the Richmond Heights Community Center on February 7 from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. The seminar is free but registration is required.
