What time of year do you think is best to put your home on the market? Now while the inventory is low. Some owners are getting multiply offers on their homes. It’s a perfect time to buy with interest rates so low.
Buyers are not relaxing through the holidays. Last week my office had 170 appointments, 26 Open Houses and "66" groups coming through our Open Houses. Real Estate is alive and well at Coldwell Banker Premier Group.
