When you are overpriced…

  1.       Reduced the number of showings
  2.       Sends message that the seller is not motivated
  3.       Increases possibility of no or very low offers
  4.       Property becomes “shopworn”
  5.       Can lead to appraisal rejections
  6.       Helps sell the competition
