STLCC to Host Information Session for Careers in Design

St. Louis Community College will conduct a special information session for design-related careers April 3 at the Meramec campus, 11333 Big Bend Road in Kirkwood.

Are you ready to learn about careers that can put your creativity to good use?

St. Louis Community College will conduct a special information session for design-related careers 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, in Lecture Hall Room 103 at the Meramec campus, 11333 Big Bend Road in Kirkwood.

This session will focus on careers in architectural technology, digital media, graphic communications, interior design, kitchen and bath design, and landscape design.

Participants will:
• Learn about academic requirements and career options.
• Hear student testimonials.
• Participate in hands-on demonstrations in state-of-the-art labs and studios.
• Meet instructors and tour the campus.
• Visit the Digital Arts and Technology Alliance facility, where cutting-edge technology meets the art of design.
• Find out how to get started in one of the region’s leading design programs.
