Burglary Suspects Face Charges Following High-Speed Pursuit

Two men suspected in a string of area burglaries have been charged following a high-speed chase Friday involving Webster Groves police.

Two Webster Groves burglary suspects involved in a along Interstate 44 have been charged.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported Monday that Robert Luster, 17, who resides in 100 block of Cameron Road in the Glasgow Village area of St. Louis County, was charged with resisting arrest, interfering with arrest and tampering with a motor vehicle.

Jermie Edwards, 18, who also resides in the 100 block of Cameron Road, was charged with resisting arrest and interfering with arrest. Both suspects are being held on $8,000 cash only bonds.

The third suspect arrested by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department Friday was turned over to juvenile authorities, the Post reports.
