More Than $1,000 in Bogus Charges Made on Kirkwood Woman's Credit Card

The woman reported nine separate charges on her account in the month of January.

The following information was provided by the Kirkwood Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. 

Saturday, Jan. 26:

At 1:07 p.m. a resident from the 2300 block of Maybrook Lane contacted police to report credit card fraud. The resident said her credit union called her to report suspicious activity on her account. After reviewing her account, the woman reportedly found more than $1,000 charges in January from nine fraudulent purchases online.
