Crime Log: Man Charged With Unlawful Use of Weapon

The following information was provided by the Glendale Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Sept. 18

  • At 9:16 p.m., police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1200 block of W. Lockwood Avenue. The parties were separated and agreed to go their separate ways for the evening.

  • At 11:07 a.m., a resident of the 1100 block of Brownell Avenue reported his identity was used to obtain a loan on Aug. 13. 

Friday, Sept. 21

  • At 12:42 p.m., a motorist reported his vehicle was struck by an unknown object while driving southbound on N. Sappington Road. There was no apparent damage to his vehicle and a search of the area revealed nothing of an evidentiary nature.

  • At 7:08 p.m., a 59-year-old Glendale man was arrested in the 1000 block of Glenmoor Lane and charged with Unlawful Use of a Weapon after he allegedly discharged a firearm within the City Limits. Formal charges are pending by the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
