CRIME LOG: Man Charged With Pot Possession, DWI

The Glendale police blotter Nov. 5-11. The following information was provided by the Glendale Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Nov. 5

• At 11:03 a.m., a 49-year-old Glendale man was arrested during a traffic stop near the intersection of N. Berry Road and W. Lockwood and charged as a fugitive of the St. Louis County Police Department. He was wanted on charges of Criminal Non-Support (failure to pay child support).  He was released to St. Louis County authorities.

Tuesday, Nov. 6

• At 9:52 a.m., a resident of the 1300 block of Brownell reported persons unknown threw eggs on his garage door and second story window sometime during the night.
• At 2:57 p.m., a resident of the 1000 block of Glenbrook reported persons unknown threw eggs at his vehicle sometime during the night.

Thursday, Nov. 8

Saturday, Nov. 9

• At 11:13 a.m., a resident of the 700 block of Juanita reported receiving a suspicious email, allegedly from the FBI, indicating if he did not pay $200 to an electronic payment account, his computer would be infected with a virus.  The resident was advised this email was a scam and to delete the email and ensure his anti-virus and malware software was up to date.
• At 8:46 p.m., a resident of the 1300 block of Brownell reported persons unknown threw tomatoes at his home. This was the second time this week a similar incident has occurred at this residence.  Officers searched the area, but were unable to locate the responsible party(ies).

Sunday, Nov. 11

• At 3:23 a.m., a 24-year-old Berkeley woman was arrested near the intersection of Hawbrook and N. Sappington Road and charged in Municipal Court with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Revoked, and Disobeying a Stop Sign.  She was released on bond.
• At 11:06 p.m., a 22-year-old Glendale man was arrested in the 9900 block of Manchester Road and charged in Municipal Court with Driving While Intoxicated, Disobeying an Electric Signal, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and as a fugitive of the Warson Woods and Kirkwood Police Departments. He was released to Warson Woods authorities after posting bond on the Glendale charges.
