Drive-Thru Disturbance Ends With DWI Arrest

Kirkwood police said they were initially called to the restaurant to investigate an issue between the driver and a pedestrian.

The following information was provided by the Kirkwood Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. 

March 16:

At 2:01 a.m., police arrested one adult for driving while intoxicated. Police said they initially received a call for a disturbance involving a driver and a pedestrian in the drive thru of a restaurant in the 300 block of South Kirkwood Road. Once on the scene, police said they determined the driver of the vehicle was intoxicated and made the arrest.
