An 11-year-old boy has been turned over to juvenile authorities after he reportedly made a bomb from instructions on the Internet.
An 11-year-old boy is in the hands of juvenile authorities after his parents discovered he made a bomb from instructions on the Internet.
The boy's parents alerted the Des Peres Police Department of the bomb and firefighters diffused the device, KMOV reported Wednesday evening.
