A Glendale man faces his fourth impaired driving charge after being pulled over in Clayton.

Matthew J. Milford, 52, of the 100 block of North Berry Road in Glendale, was charged July 13 with driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender, a felony.

Clayton Police said an officer noticed Milford’s car was weaving and he failed to use a turn signal July 13 in the 7500 block of Wydown Boulevard.

When the officer pulled Milford over, he noticed an odor of alcohol inside the car. In reply to a question, Milford said he had been drinking, according to a court document.
