Glendale Police Investigating Recent Thefts

The Glendale Police Department is investigating reports of fraud after a wallet was stolen.

The following information was provided by the Glendale Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

April 10:

At 12:43 a.m., a resident reported a Nike backpack and scientific calculator were stolen from her unlocked car parked in the 700 block of Edwin Avenue. The theft reportedly occurred between 6:30 p.m., April 9 and 12:30 a.m., April 10.

At 10:40 a.m., a resident of the 900 block of Dwyer Avenue contacted police to report fraudulent purchases made in the City of St. Louis city on her husband's credit cards. The woman said her husband’s wallet was stolen over the weekend.

Anyone with information on these crimes is asked to contact the Glendale Police Department at (314) 965-0000.
