Kirkwood Police Make Arrests After Week of Shoplifting

Kirkwood police said the suspects targeted one local business four times in one week.

The following information was provided by the Kirkwood Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Jan: 28 - Feb. 3:

Kirkwood Police stated they arrested four adults for shoplifting merchandise during the week of Monday, Jan. 28 through Sunday, Feb. 3. All four incidents reportedly took place at the same retail store in the 1200 block of South Kirkwood Road. Authorities said one of those arrested was charged with felony stealing due to having at least two previous theft-related convictions. Another person was charged with trespassing and stealing due to involvement in a previous theft at the same business, investigators stated.
