Home Burglary, ID Theft Investigated by Kirkwood Police

Plus, graffiti lands two people under arrest in Kirkwood.

July 23: 

At 10:33 p.m., police responded to the intersection of South Fillmore and East Monroe for a report of destruction of property. Police located and arrested two individuals who had spray painted graffiti on the underpass of the railroad.

July 24:

At 8:20 a.m., officers responded to the 1000 block of West Frisco in Oakland for a residential burglary. The resident arrived home to find several electronic items missing from the residence. The home was left unlocked.  

July 25:

At 10:02 a.m., a resident in the 800 block of South Berry in Oakland reported identity theft to police. The resident learned his bank account number was being used in California to make unauthorized purchases.

July 22 - July 27: 

Kirkwood Police arrested two adults for shoplifting merchandise from area businesses during this week. Both incidents occurred at a retail store in the 1200 block of South Kirkwood Road and were referred to municipal court.
