The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has charged Jaimoh Sutton, 36, with assault on a law enforcement officer after an incident in Kirkwood on Friday.

At 3:15 a.m., Kirkwood police responded to a report of someone trying to break into a residence in the 1000 block of Barry Court, according to a description of the incident provided by the Kirkwood Police Department.
