Individual Faces Drug Charges After Police Called by Business

Kirkwood police said a call to investigate the behavior of an individual at a local business ended with a possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia arrest.

The following information was provided by the Kirkwood Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. 

March 14:

At 10:21 p.m., police arrested one person in the 9900 block of Big Bend Boulevard in Oakland for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Officers reportedly received a call about a possibly intoxicated person at a business. As they investigated, police said they found one adult in possession of the drugs and paraphernalia. The case was referred to municipal court.
