Suspect Arrested in Connection With Home Burglaries

An adult is suspected of breaking into three Kirkwood homes and stealing jewelry and electronics.

Detectives arrested a suspect in connection with ongoing residential burglary investigations last Tuesday, according to the .

  • At 3:38 p.m., police were dispatched to a residence in the 100 block of East Sarah Avenue for a burglary. The resident arrived home to find a window to the residence opened by unknown persons and a rear door standing open. A computer, camera, and jewelry were stolen from the residence sometime during the day.

Friday, April 27

  • At 4:43 p.m., police received a report of a residential burglary in the 600 block of South Geyer Road. The resident reported jewelry, laptop computer, and cash stolen from the home sometime during the day. A side door was forced open.

  • At 5:26 p.m., a resident from the 1000 block of Grandview Drive reported a residential burglary. Jewelry and cash were stolen from the home sometime during the day. A side window was pried open by the suspect.

The cases will be referred to the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for review.
