Alleged Liquor Theft Lands Man Under Arrest, Again

Kirkwood police stated the man was charged with a felony due to prior convictions.

The following information was provided by the Kirkwood Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. 

Sunday, March 10:

At 3:03 a.m., police arrested one adult after being called to a business in the 11100 block of Manchester Road for a report of an adult stealing liquor. Police stated the person was found with two stolen bottles of liquor and was subsequently arrested. The adult was charged with a felony due to having at least two prior theft-related convictions, authorities stated. The St Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is reviewing the case.
