Drug Bust Lands Two in Police Custody

Plus, Kirkwood police are searching for the owners of two bikes turned in by a good samaritan.

The following information was provided by the Kirkwood Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. 

April 22:

At 10:42 p.m., police arrested two people for possession of narcotics in the 400 block of North Kirkwood Road. One person was released on summons to appear in municipal court. The other was charged with a felony and was released to another agency where there were outstanding felony warrants for drugs and weapons.

Police recovered two boys’ bicycles. One was located in the area of South Fillmore and East Rose Hill Avenue. The other was left behind a home in the 100 block of S Geyer. Both boys’ bikes were brought to the station awaiting owners.
