Stalled Vehicle Leads to Drug Related Arrest

Police said a drug paraphernalia arrest was made after officers stopped to help a stalled car.

The following information was provided by the Kirkwood Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. 

Monday, Feb. 18:

At 11:47 p.m., one adult was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped to help a stalled car. According to police, officers were assisting a motorist whose car was stalled at the intersection of South Kirkwood Road and Woodbine Avenue when they noticed the passenger of the vehicle was concealing drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
