Stolen Silverware Found at Local Pawn Shop

Police said the silverware was found after allegedly being stolen from a Glendale home by a caregiver.

The following information was provided by the Glendale Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. 

At 11:44 a.m., July 13, a portion of stolen silverware reported on June 25 was positively identified and recovered by the victim at a North St. Louis County Pawn Shop.

As previously reported by Patch, a woman who was a caregiver in a Glendale home was charged with stealing the silverware from the residence. Jonique Robinson, 34, was charged with felony theft in June in connection to the crime.

Glendale Police said Robinson confessed to stealing from the home in the 100 block of Trevillian Drive between May 1 and June 13. She then pawned the silverware, police said. Robinson was a caregiver for the victim’s husband.
