Traffic Stops Lead to Numerous Arrests in Glendale

Plus, a husband is told to obey an order of protection and leave his wife alone.

The following information was provided by the Glendale Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

March 18:

At 11:24 a.m., a resident of the 700 block of Juanita Avenue called police to say she was receiving harassing phone calls from her ex-husband and they were in violation of a protection order. Police said they contacted the ex-husband and advised him to stop all communication with his ex-wife. Both were also advised to contact their attorneys, according to police.

At 2:28 a.m., police arrested a 19-year-old Webster Groves man in the 400 block of Barron Lane. He was charged with failure to appear and as a fugitive of the Kirkwood Police Department. After posting bond on the Glendale charges, police said he was released to Kirkwood authorities.

March 20:

At 3:42 p.m., police arrested a 32-year-old St. Louis man in the 700 block of W. Lockwood Avenue and charged him with expired license plates, no proof of insurance, and as a fugitive of the Florissant Police Department. After posting bond on the Glendale charges, he was released to Florissant authorities.

March 22:

At 10:48 a.m., a 25-year-old Troy, Missouri man was arrested at the St. Charles County Department of Corrections and charged with failure to appear in Glendale. He was later released on bond.

At 6:23 p.m., police arrested a 52-year-old Webster Groves man in the 1300 block of W. Lockwood Avenue and charged hime with driving while suspended, failure to register a motor vehicle, and no proof of insurance. He was laater released on bond.

March 22:

At 9:20 p.m., police arrested a 37-year-old Maryland Heights man at the Town & Country Police Department. Glendale police stated the man was originally charged in Glendale on April 10, 2012, with driving while suspended, expired license plates and no proof of insurance. He reportedly did not appear for his original court date and a warrant was issued for his arrest, so when he was found in Town and Country, he was charged with failure to appear and as a fugitive of the Overland, St. Ann, St. Louis County and St. Louis City police departments. After posting bond in Town and Country, he was released to Glendale police where he also posted bond and was then released to one of the other departments which had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

March 23:

At 6:44 p.m., police arrested a 35-year-old Glendale in the 10,000 block of Manchester Road and charged him with driving while revoked, expired license plates and no proof of insurance. He was later released on bond.
