Other agenda items include a vote on a bill to increase ambulance fees and a bill to add fees for non-resident season passes to the Kirkwood Aquatic Center.

The Council also plans to discuss amendments to the recently overhauled Kirkwood Zoning Code proposed by Kirkwood Mayor Art McDonnell at the Council's Nov. 1 meeting, according to the Webster-Kirkwood Times

At the last meeting of the Kirkwood City Council, McDonnell "recommended constraints on the use of a 'community unit plan' be relaxed for residential developers," the Times reports. He also recommended large Kirkwood grocery stores be allowed to sell wine by the glass as part of restaurant operations, according to the Times.
