Parking Purchase: Kirkwood Addresses Concerns

The City of Kirkwood responds to residents' questions surrounding the potential purchase of properties on Jefferson Avenue to create more parking in Downtown Kirkwood.

Following input from residents about the potential purchase of 107 and 113 W. Jefferson Ave., the City of Kirkwood has released the attached Q&A in response to questions and concerns raised on the City of Kirkwood's blog, All Aboard.

Members of the will vote on whether to appropriate $1.25 million for the purchase at their Nov. 3 meeting.

Note: The "upscale restaurant" referenced in response to the first question refers to Gianino's.
