Former Kirkwood High School Resource Officer Sues St. Louis University Hospital
Mike Bales and his wife Teri have filed a medical negligence lawsuit against St. Louis University Hospital regarding brain surgery performed on the former Kirkwood police and school resource officer.
According to St. Louis business news and gossip site WhoLou.net, former Kirkwood police officer and director of safety and security for the Kirkwood School District Mike Bales and his wife Teri filed a medical negligence suit on Feb. 1 in the City of St. Louis against St. Louis University Hospital regarding brain surgery performed on Jan. 19, 2011.
