Twenty-three St. Louis' County Parks are in jeopardy of being closed due to a budget cut proposed by St. Louis County Council, and the Open Space Council is planning to make its voice heard in opposition to the measure Tuesday.
The non-profit is organizing a rally before the St. Louis County Budget Meeting / Public hearing Tuesday, at 4:30 p.m.
