Admissions Director to Present at KHS Financial Aid Night

The event aimed at educating students and parents is set for Wednesday.

With the average cost of college rising at public universities, now more than ever students must educate themselves about opportunities to pay for college.

To help navigate the complex world of grants, scholarships and work-study programs, the Kirkwood High School Guidance Department is holding a "Financial Aid Night," Wednesday, at 6:30 p.m., in the school's cafeteria.

No registration is required and everyone is welcome. The Kirkwood School District expects the program to be especially beneficial to juniors and seniors.
