Gluten-Free Fried Chicken Dinner

Chef Eric Brenner, a St. Louis native and Chief Culinary Officer for New York-based Bold Organics, will host a Gluten-Free Comfort Food Feast, a wellness class at Dierbergs Culinary Event Center in Des Peres.
The class will be held Sat., Aug. 25 from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. at the Culinary Event Center in the Dierbergs Market at Des Peres, Manchester Rd., one mile east of I-270. Class fee is $29. Register online. Or call (314)238-0440.
Brenner, who began his culinary career in restaurants on The Hill, honed his skills at popular establishments such as the Bistro at Grand Center, Chez Leon, and Moxy. He presently develops gluten-free and dairy-free offerings for Bold Organics.
