Kirkwood Youngsters to Honor Veterans

Robinson Elementary will hold a Veterans Day assembly Friday.

will be honoring more than 30 service members during their Veterans Day assembly on Friday at 9 a.m.

During the ceremony, students will perform the Pledge of Allegiance, sing “The Star Spangled Banner” and recite the Presidential Proclamation.

Lt. Commander Tom Appelbaum will share educationally appropriate stories about his tour of duty in Iraq.
