  • Experience: Two to five years experience in preparing and facilitating one-on-one and classroom training programs. Knowledge or experience creating instructional documentation—self-help references, computer-based training materials, online help, etc.— required. Knowledge of the ADDIE instructional design model and ITIL or industry-standard frameworks preferred. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Instructional Design, Technical Communication or a related field is required. Experience in higher education, call center, or help desk environments preferred.
  • Responsibilities: Design and implement one-on-one, classroom, and remote training programs while providing ongoing training and performance evaluation. Responsibilities include creating, editing, and publishing training material and documentation for the IT Service Desk and other Information Technology (IT) departments.
