2 Puppy Mill Dogs Need Homes

Miss Bea and Happy are available for adoption. Meet them this weekend.

Meet Miss Bea

Miss Bea is a 6-year-old yorkshire terrier available for adoption through the St. Louis Senior Dog Project. Miss Bea used to live in a puppy mill and had many babies in her past life, but she is now happy to be retired and looking forward to a new life in which for a change she will be someone's baby!

This little gal gets along with other dogs and would make a good addition to any home. Miss Bea is a lovely spunky pooch anxiously awaiting her forever home, if you would like to meet her or other adoptable dogs stop by the this Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Meet Happy

Happy is beautiful 7-year-old miniature poodle. She came from a breeding facility and is a little shy but is a very sweet and affectionate dog.

She is learning to trust people and making good progress in learning how to be a pet. She sleeps quietly all night in a crate in the bedroom with another dog. Happy is looking for her own forever home in a home with a fence and another dog and a patient owner. Then she will truly be "HAPPY"!

Our mission is to place older dogs in the loving homes of older people in the St Louis area. We do, however, take in dogs of all ages and adopt to people of all ages. We do home visits and ask for a $200 adoption donation for adult dogs and $300 for puppies.

We are at the every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Learn more by visiting the Senior Dogs 4 Seniors website.
